Chasing Festivals is a year-long journey where each month explores one iconic celebration from around the world through an immersive, chef-led dining experience. The Shell will transport guests to a different corner of the world through the sights, sounds, and flavors of a famous festival. From the vibrant Streets of Brazil's Carnival to the lantern-lit magic of Thailand's Loy Krathong; the spice of Holi to the glittering ice sculptures of Sapporo's Snow Festival - each event captures the spirit of celebration unique to its origin. It's more than a dinner; it's a cultural journey, one festival at a time!
